Onida DVD purchased from Vijay Sales, Mira Road (East). The unit has a problem, the remote stops working just after two - three days of installing the new cell. The remote has been changed four times by the Onida Customer care & they are just trying to complete the six months warranty period so that they can come out of the warranty & charge for the defect in the piece. Even the customer care executive who has visited for checking the problem in the unit, instead of solving the problem talks so arrongately as if they are doing any favour to us. They are aware that the unit is defective but don't want to resolve the problem or replace the piece.
