I Manasi Deshpande brought Electrolux microwave-oven in Feb. One day while using it the handle (door frame) broke off. then i lodged complaint by calling 9370240149 (Mr. Bishnoi) about the same. Within 24 hrs their serviceman (Rajesh Bhagawat) came & checked our microwave. He said their cant repair it. he said you need to buy new one or purchase new model in buyback scheme.
Please kindly help me out & look in to the matter.
