It stops working power fialure

I bought a DVD player (gerat dvd player, spencer's own product) five months ago from spencers hyper market near rama talkies junction resapuvanipalem, visakhapatnam. From the very second day it stopped working. they took almost one month to get it repaired. after few day again it stopped working. I handed over it again. they kept twenty days with them. third time again it stopped working. Last month I handed over them . still I do not get it repaired.

please do something to make me free from mental agony.
