I Ms preeti srivastava, 07838616749, residing in Delhi, purchased Nokia 5233 handset on the month of July my screen had some problem I visited the Nokia care service center, where they repair my handset. They convinced me to take the Ext. warranty. I was purchased because they convinced me, but in the mean time my original warranty period is left around 3 months. after 9 months later, my phone had same problem in screen. The ghulati communication which is situated in Gole Market Connaught place. refused to change my phone's screen and where one of the Nokia representative behaved rudely and disagree to replace my screen they said that I have to pay 2600/-for change the screen. he has also given me in written that he is not repaired my phone because they said my phone is not covered in warranty, The owner misbehaved with me. He abused me. ki jo karna hai kar le. tera phone repair nahi karunga. I also spoke to Nokia customer care,
So, now I would ask you to take some appropriate action and also I would like to state that the concern person should compensate/apologize to me, because I have waste my whole day because of that owner who spoiled my precious time. I had lot of work that day but anyhow I take out my time for this work and as a result nothing I got positively.
Hope, you will take some positive steps so that no others suffers in future as I did. These kind of persons and dealer ship spoil the dignity of nokia. If you will not take action against them we will go for samsung cause they provided services very well. At the time of incident some people are there. they also very disappointed with their services and above all behavior are mentioned below.
