Flame of the stove is reduced & servicing required

I made a complain to Gilma service center on 26 nov 10 (complain no 2611/10) regarding flame of the gas stove is reduced and serving is required. Ms. Sandhya intimated by monday i, e 29 th, she will send the technician & solve my problem. On 29th evening, as nobody from Gilma came nor I received any call, I went to show room and They told meto speak to Mr. Murthy, I spoke and he told within two days, he would do the needful. I went to showroom on 02 dec, as I infd that please do needful and no one has attended the complain, They told me to speak to Mr. Kumar, Regional Manager,

He also told that he would speak to Murthy and solve it within two days. On 05 Dec again I went and enquired Mr. Kumar firsttime attended the call and told he is not aware of the problem and afterthat somebody else is atteding the call and says Mr. Kumar is driving or busy. I contacted service center also but they said they have tried to contact me but no response from me or my wife's mobile no. As I again requested she, Ms. Sandhya told by nextday 1200 hrs the problem would be attended. But till now no response from Gilma Service Centre. Request to help me to get rid of this troubled water.
