Gilma Kitchen Chimney
No service provided despite many calls

I have purchased a Gilma Kitchen Chimney and was facing the issue with the suction. After many calls one engineer visited my place and just removed the protective lid stating this will help in the suction. But that didn't happened and I am facing the same issue since months and no one gives any response to the calls I make. I am really troubled with the service and don't know what should I do to get it serviced. I request the concerned authority to kindly note this and do the needful immediately.
