Service call no. 565904, not attended. I purchased a 1.5 tonne split air conditioner, Godrej 18FM5, from M/s Digital Vision, Vijayawada (bill No. ACN00122 dated 05-08). Display unit was not fixed at the time of installation and the person told us that he forgot to bring the display unit and he will bring the same and fix. Nobody turned up. After complaining through this forum, service person came and removed one more part and gone, never turned back. Further, again I complained throuth this forum (service call no. 565904), even without calling us or attending the complaint, godrej has send one message in mobile saying the complaint as attended. After purchasing the AC unit, we feel we have done a mistake by spending Rs. 25, 800/- to create lot of unnecessary mental tension. The air conditioner is not operatable through remote nor can I adjust the temperature. We never expected such an action from well known brand like Godrej. Kindly help us, the warranty period is going to be expired.
