I have purchased a Godrej refrigerator model no. GFE 27 BD On 24.4.2009.
First I have faced problem with my refrigerator on 4.4.2010 which was rectified within 4 days but again problem of low cooling was aroused and I have made complaint on 15.4.2010 on toll free number 1800209511 and in response call center provided me complaint no. 892822. The technical visited first time on 16.4.2010 and told me that he is not carrying gas with him and he will visit next day on 17.4.2010 but instead of 17.4. he came on 19.4.2010. He tried one hour to repair the refrigerator but could not successes. Then he told me that he is missing something with him and he will visit next day on 20.4.2010. But he did not turned up further. I have received a phone on 21.4.2010 that this is not possible to repair the refrigerator at home. Service center collected the refrigerator on 24.04.2010 from my home and returned it on 27.04.2010 but problem was as such and not rectified. Further I made a complaint on 3.05.2010 and got the complaint number 897426. The technician again visited on 6.05.2010 and 8.05.2010 and told me that it is not possible to repair the refrigerator at home, and again the service center collected it on 9.05.2010 from my home and returned it on 12.05. but again the problem was not rectified. I have informed the service center several times telephonically that in this summer season with a temperature of 45 degree and above, my family is suffering without any fault just due to negligence and irresponsible services of authorized service center since last two months, but they did not took any initiative. Further I have made on a complaint on 22.05.2010 and got the complaint number 851581, then, first time senior technician of Godrej Mr. Sachin Tomar visited on 22.05.2010 and after examining the refrigerator he told me that the problem is with defrost heater and it will be changed within few hours but no one turned up till today.
So you are requested to take necessary initiatives to solve my problem either repair the refrigerator properly or change it.
