I have Godrej 6.5 FDC fully automatic washing machine. It is not working for last 3 months. I had lodge a complaint regarding the machine however the technician who send from the company was not ready to understand the problem of the machine instead he had advised to replace the water tap.
Problem of the machine: Clothes are not washing but rinse and spin is working properly.
