SERVICE ENGINEER DID NOT PROVIDED THE BILL

I had made a complaint on 09.03.2010 regarding non cooling of my refrigerator to Godrej Customer Care. Next Day Service Engineer Visited my place and solved the problem. He changed the part in the refrigerator and charged from me Rs.1040/-. (Part charges 790 Visit charges 250) which I have given in cash.

He had only written only on the paper the amount and three months warrnty

When I requested for the bill he said he will provide the bill from the company next day. I have also made several calls to customer care and mailed also but they say we do not provide seprate bill for this amount.
