Gift promised when taking Godrej AC not given from Shubham electronic bangalore

We took an Godrej AC from Shubham electronic about 1 month before and while taking the AC the promised us that they will provide us gift scratch card and still now they have not given us. we have called them 10 times and they are saying that still they have not received from Godrej.
