Air conditioner not working since it is installed

To whom so ever it is concerned,

myself Abbas Murudwala, i have purchased an ac. my application number is 12922954765.the technician who installed, did not do it properly as the water inlet was inside the room than i lodge the complaint and technician came after 15 days.so ac was not working during that time.the very next day of the repair the ac was not working again, since than we were not in town so we could not call for technician.

now again its almost 15 days i have made a complaint still a technician has not come. My call number is 614016, CNS is 440.

i am fedup of calling the dealer.and i feel the product given by company is damaged.

so please do the needful
