This is AMITA JAIN from Delhi NCR (ghaziabad). Around 6 years past i bought a godrej fully automatic washing machine. To avoid future inconveinence i got it claimed through godrej only after paying due amount. In beginning they served me very well.
But now after renewing my AMC (claim) policy, godrej is not serving me properly. Now they have turned into a rude, harsh and negligent people, who don't pay any heed to my complaints.
Nevertheless, there executives converse in very illmannered terms. They make promises to their customers to serve their complaints within 24 hours after submitting complaints.
My previous application number is 1100695.I lodged a complaint on 3 may but not obeying their promise they served me on 5 may. They mended my washing machine on temporary basis coz again it had stopped working on 11 may. I again filed a complaint but till today i have not been served. My previous complaint number is 822228 and new is 823965.I am really fed up of these people. I give them reminder calls twice a day but all my efforts have gone in vain.
So please tell me how to seek redressal and how to get out of this evasiveness.
