I Ram Niwas Kaushik has purchased a washing machine on 24 June from HARYANA TV CENTRE, shop no.38 main road sultanpuri Delhi-110041, ph.no.-01125471190. The machine was not working properly so we have complaint Godrej Customer Care on dated 3rd January, complaint no. 498599, but don't reply any result, so next complaint no. 164480 on dated 12 may, again no solution, next complaint no. 174392 on 24 may and next complaint no. 185762 on 8 June. We have registered many complaint but every time their technician came but at last they said that this is manufacturing fault so this piece must be replaced but now they are refusing to change the piece. We have call them more than 50 times. PLEASE HELP ME...
