My brother purchased a Microwave Oven (Model: GMX 20 GAI MIZ, Sl No: 0243) on 06/12 from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt Ltd. The Microwave Oven was not working from 12/11 and we have lodge a complaint through your call centre and your representative came on 14/11 at 5pm and after inspecting declare that The PCB become defective which needs to be changed. The service order no is 284067. He came from your authorised service centre M/S S S Enterprise at 19 Keyatala Road. He told that as the spare parts is not with him; as soon as the parts will be available he will come back and repair the same.

Since 14/11, no one comes to our house to repair the same and we could not use the Microwave oven. Whenever we call the Call Centre, they told a standard reply the Spare is not available and when they get it, they will send for repair. We even contact Mr Chandan of M/S S S Enterprise, but we get same reply.

I wonder, how do they claim to be a Good Company and is this their quality of service? If spares not available, it is their problem. We have paid for your product. Within the warranty period they bound to provide service in reasonable time. But they have failed to deliver.
