The air conditioner that we bought 10months ago is not working properly, the cooling effect has reduced and also there is a rattling sound.since the air conditioner is within guarantee period you are requested to depute the service engineer to examine it and rectify the fault in case the fault is repairable otherwise the defective air conditioner may please be replaced at your earliest in-order to stop further inconvenience to us.
