We bought a refrigerator named Godrej Edge SX (Garden Silver) on 13th May. It has a mp3 and an FM player and on the 3rd day it suddenly stopped playing and not even the supply is going through it, we placed a complaint in the local dealer on 16th May (Complaint No. 573560) but no human attended it till date. This is the worst kind of service that a consumer would expect being vexed wanted an immediate action to take place writing this to you. Wishing atleast you would respond at the earliest
