The refrigerator is not cooling. even after lodging a complaint no one came to attend it for 3days. on calling them for several times they turned up but unfortunately there was no electricity at that time so they hurriedly went away promising that they would turn up in the evening for the same. as expected they didn't come that evening and its been 3 more days since that day and they haven't yet turned up.
