Dear sir/madam
We had purchased the above mentioned semi-automatic washing m/c on 27th May'10. The demo of the m/c was given on 29th May'10. While giving the demo only the engineer saw that water was flowing into the wash tub along with that in the spin tub. We could have asked for a total replacement of the machine. But we should our decency and agreed to go for rectification. When no one turned up we filed a complaint with the customer care, the complaint no being 712697.
Since then it has become our duty to call up your customer care people and find out the status. Every time they are making excuses in the air and not giving any proper solution.
Do you really think that with this kind of support, Godrej can win goodwill and satisfaction from the customers in this competitive market.
Can we really expect any final solution from your end?
