This is to inform you that my washing machine is not working since 10 days. The machine stopped working on Friday 15-6-12 and a call was lodged with Godrej same day. Godrej engineer visited on Saturday 16-6-12 and detected fault in PCB. On 18th June, I checked with service centre and was told that it would take atleast 3-4 days since there is no stock of the PCB.
Till Friday there was no response from Godrej which prompted me to call them on Saturday. After lot of struggle, manage to get somebody pick up phone only to be informed that by Monday i.e 25th June they would be able to rectify the problem since the PCB is expected.
Today again when I called Godrej Service Centre, the response I get is PCB is not available and it would take 2-3 days to rectify the problem.
My machine is down for last 10 days and it is causing inconvenience and hardship. Please note the machine was purchased on 24-07-10 and is under warranty till 24-07-12. I have also signed 2 warranty starting from 24/07 to 24/07 @ Rs. 3872 in Nov.
The service that Godrej provide is pathetic and is not expected from the corporate with reputation such as Godrej.
