NON REPORTING OF REP FROM SERVICE CENTRE FOR DEMO

I bought a Microwave of GODREJ Model GME 30CR1BIM from M/S KAPILA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD vide retail invoice No 6378 dt 03 Nov which was delivered on 03 Nov. At the time of delivery we were told that official person from GODREJ will visit to your place within next 3 / 4 days for the DEMO, but till date no one is turned up even after repeated reminders. Please look into the matter and send some one.
