Cooling problem

We have bought freeze in 19-3..

godrej pentacool, 195 steel finish, Sr no.so812060208, model no.08451440..

from the begining it was giving cooling problem... &near about 5to 6 months ago we have to change compressor (compliant no.970295)...

but now again we are facing cooling problem & freeze is now like a cupboard.

it is kindly requsted that plz solve the problem at the earliest... so we can enjoy summer season by the kind honour of godrej...
