Ref. our complaint no.130444002 and the earlier complaint
Our Fridge is not working since 15 days and causes great inconvenience. After many complaints,
one technician came and changed the Timer and said it would work.
But it did not work well. Again we called him
and he said, it needs gas to be filled in and said
someone else would come. Inspite of our repeated calls
to your office and thte technicians, we are not getting
any results and the job is left unfinished.
The service is very poor. The technicians are
not well trained and unable to diagnose the
problem correctly. We suffer for the past
15 days without the fridge resulting food and
milk etc. getting spoiled.
Any solutions or should we throw the unit?
