We purchased a Godrej refrigerator Model- PENTACOOL SMART EYE GD 22, in the year 2001 from FAIRDEAL STORE, Lucknow.
Due to some unknown reasons, it caught fire on 10/07. The fire caught was so fierce that that the down area of the back cover was in flames and the wall into black ash. Currently the refrigerator has stopped working due to the same.
Kindly look into the seriousness of the matter as househods might have caught the fire. Awaiting a positive response and revert ASAP.
