I am ismail one your customer currently woking in dubai, one of my refregerator back in india got some technical problem, my wife has reported the problem to one of your authorized service center in my near by area, they came to my home and took the refregerator to their service point then brought back to my home after 1 week, they told my wife it was repaired and to start the fridge after 1 hour then the technician left, they have charged the amount of RS 4300,
my wife restarted the firge after 1 hour they left the compount, and she found it is still not working and it is in same condition where they taken, she is very disepointed
very next day my wife called the same tecgnician and informed about the incedent, the technician come again today and telling they want to take the fridge the service poing again for repairing and they are asking about RS 3000 for further repairing, this totally unfair and not expectable from one the leading company in india, we have already lost plenty of money and time, it is not acceptable at all
i want my refregerator to be repaired without any further cost, becouse i have alredy paid plenty of amount for reparing the same
