On 8.2.10 Compressor was changed.
On 7.4.10 repaired for gas choking at the work shop. Complaint No.5264.
On 10.4.10 your technician has again detected GasBlockage.
No cooling is taking place.
On speaking to the service centre representative of New Alfa Electro Services, Shop No. 705, Kesho Ram Complex, Burail, Sector 45-C, Chandigarh who have changed the compressor, they have again said that the engineer will visit to check up and still seem uncertain about the problem.
We are being put to a lot of inconvenience.
Please get the problem sorted out once and for all. I request you that:
1. I should not be made to pay for the freight charges of taking the fridge to and from the work shop and the charges paid for the technicians visit should be refunded
2.. I should also be provided with a service fridge when the fridge is taken for repair.
3.The rehriwala should be instructed to arrange for carting the fridge to and from the house & not ask us to provide labour.
4. I expect you to explain why this problem has recurred in case you kept the fridge at the work shop under observation for 2 days i.e. 6th and 7th of April.
5. I also expect you to compensate me for the inconvenience caused to me for your workers callous attitude.
6. I also expect you that you will advice me action taken on my complaint at the earliest and the repair team also take into consideration my conveneince and availability.
