We had bought a Godrej Pentacool fridge in 2006. They had given a rust-free warranty for 10 years. But hardly after a year or two, we could notice rust on the bottom of the door. We rang up the company many times but they would keep asking us to call a different number and kept on playing passing-the-parcel game.
A month back, we could finally get some response from the company. But they are now saying that they don't have the model anymore and so cannot replace the door.
Is this expected from a reputable company like Godrej? When they have given a warranty of 10 years, should they not do something about it.
We are thoroughly frustrated with the company and would never recommend anyone to buy a fridge from them.
