Compressor damage twice in 4 months

I want to replace the referigerator. Because in just 8 months old referigerator i face compressor problem twice. if i defrost the fridge the water comes inside the fridge not backside. Cockroaches enter easily in close door fridge. So, I request the company to replace the fridge.
