I am Tandra Purkayastha, purchased the nokia handset 6700 classic, silver on 16.01.10 with the following detail:
IMEI no: 356943033663320
BATTERY no: 314910, 0670595
Just after two months of use, the handset started getting switched off automatically within a minute or less. I went to the customer care center situated in WARDHA. They coudn't get it repaired 7 sent to the main office at delhi.
When I got back my cell, it had the following detail:
MODEL: nokia 6700 classic, BLACK
IMEI no: 352696041974212
BATTERY no: same as before & was also provided with a model wchich has been in use since 23.11.09
I bought a silver model & paid an extra amount of Rs 500 compared to the black one but I was given a black model & I'm highly dissatisfied with the fact. The care center authorities are not helping me out of this issue. I need an immediate action on it. (email id- [email protected])
