Poor after sales service

I have already lodged a complain through your forum on 9-10 regardinng broken glass of the vegetable tray/crisper. Very promptly someone from Godrej visited with the promise to replace it in 2days however there have always been empty promises and no service by the company. The refrigertor was supplied almost a month back but it appears that Godrej is least bothered about rectifying /replacing the broken glass supplied by them. M.S.Sridha
