I am a very old consumer of your products, but this time the dissatisfaction is hiked to an extreme.
I have purchased a double door godrej fridge on 28.08.2007 from M/s Fairdeal Electronics, Allahabad vide Inv. No.08130 dated 28.08.2007. On 20.05.2011 it became out of order when there is no cooling and Current in the body. Everytime complaints are closed without confirmation/satisfaction of consumer. Then what is the purpose of CSN which is allotted at every complaint?
