Dear sir, I had purchased a Godrej Refrigerator EL Model in the name of my father Dr. M.G Deo in the 2004. Due to repeated problem regarding non-cooling[manufacturing] defect the piece was replaced on 13 July. Same problem has occurred and it is within the warranty period of the compressor i.e from 13 July. Several Complaints were lodged from 27.05.2011 on the toll free number. Our complaint no. is 911612 but no action has been taken as yet to repair the compressor free of cost. Kindly take note and do the needful at the earliest otherwise I will have to take appropriate legal action.
