Godrej Refrigerator Model# GOD3105 ZOP-SF
Delay in replacement of door (under guarrantee)

Ref. service order no. 141934 dt. 14-10

I had purchased Godrej Referagerator 300ltr on 23.01.07, Model# GOD 3105/ZOP-SF. This particular model is having 10 years rust proof guarantee. When I complained, the technician from Godrej Service centre came to my place on 14-Oct. He inspected the door and found it rusted. He spoke to his manager in Dombivli and lodged a request to replace the door (service order number as mentioned above). According to the manager, the door was to be replaced with in one to one and half months, but it is not done till date. I had made reminder calls twice to their call center and to their dombivli service center but I am not getting concrete reply. They are simply saying that the door is not available in stock.

Kindly advise how to go about it.
