I bought a godrej double door 304 litre eon series refreezerator on 15oct09.vegetabe tray glass cover cracked on its own within a month. As i was busy with some domestic affairs i contacted dealer by the end of november. The dealer lodged a complaint on behalf of me by 3rd dec.after 1 day an person from gordrej came and saw the things and instead of addressing the complaint he advised me to buy a stabilizer for rs 2000.He said that this refeezerator will not work properly without the satbilizer. As i was not informed about this fact
while making the puchase, and didnot think that stabilzer needed, so i refused to purchase the stabilizer and asked for the replacement of glass cover only.
the representative said he will come back next day to solve the problem.
till date no one came nor any one from godrej contacted me to know and resolve the problem.when contacted again to servise center they are telling me that i have toy for visit of representative and for the part to be replaced.
I used to think higly of godrej as brand .but i found the product and service and attitude.all gravely pathetic.
