Not providing the required service

What a crap u hv selected ovr here in bahadurgarh as ur distributor.. gud for nthn.. i hv bought an electric chimeny from ur distributor and the hv nt installed as per their service norms even after 3 weeks of purchase.. my father hs called them several times to install bt they always ignore n keep the call.. nw i want to sue them and godrej for this negligence of service to the customer... guide me how to launch a complain in consumer court.. as fast as possible coz the more u delay the more amount i m gonna sue u. virender singh beniwal
