Water bucket broken

We have purchased above product against replacement of old refrigerators and we have given 10 years warranty for this refrigerators but nobody is coming to give service. In our refrigerator, chillar bucket is broken and we are trying to contact service engineer but number does not exist of engineer.

Please provide service as soon as possible.
