I HAVE PURCHASED GODREJ SPLIT A.C. ON 29-01 AT T.M.C, VIZAG, DONDAPARTHY BRANCH & THE INVOICE NO.VZ/0910/CR-4933
WHICH INSTALLED BY GODREJ AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE ON 1st, FEB AT SRIKAKULAM, THEY CHARGED 1000/- Rs FOR INSTALLATION.
BUT ON 1st, APRIL COOLING EFFECT COMPLETELY VANISHED, THE SAME INFORMED TO THE SRIKAKULAM GODREJ AUTHORISED
SERVICE CENTRE, THEY CAME AFTER THREE DAYS, TAKEN THE OUTER UNIT, AND AFTER A WEEK DAYS, THEY SAID PROBLEM RECTIFIED
AND INSTALLED.
BUT AGAIN WITHIN A GAP OF 30 DAYS SAME PROBLEM REPEATED, AFTER CONTINUOUS PHONE CALLS, FINALLY THEY CAME ON
14Th, MAY AND AGAIN TAKEN THE OUTER UNIT SAID NEEDS OBSERVATION FOR WEEK DAYS.
ON 3rd JUNE, WHEN I APPROACHED PERSONALLY, Mr. NAGABHUSHANAM, CONCERNED PERSON AT GODREJ AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE,
SRIKAKULAM, INFORMED THAT THERE IS A DEFECT IN THE COMPRESSOR, HENCE THE ENTIRE UNIT WILL BE REPLACED WITH A COMPLETE
NEWONE WITHIN 10DAYS.
THIS IS THE MOST UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE FOR ME WITH SUCH A TRUSTED BRAND LIKE GODREJ. TO ENJOY THE SUMMER I PURCHASED
A.C. IN JAN, 10 ITSELF. REGARDING THIS ISSUE SEVERAL TIMES I SPOKE TO CUSTOMER CARE, HYDERABAD OFFICE, MR.SANDIP PATNAIK
AND MR.DEVANAND ALSO. BUT THEIR RESPONSE IS VERY POOR AGAINST THE CUSTOMER CONCERN.
DO THE NEEDFUL REGARDING THIS ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST.
