With deepest pain and concern let me bring your kind attention to my burning issue. I have bought a Godrej 1.5 Ton Split A/c with product code (Gsc 18FL 3 WJM) from your authorized dealer M/s Ideal Home appliances, Kaithmukku, Trivandrum in the begininning of 2010. I was convinced by your dealer to purchase your product as you give the best after sales service. On this basis I have become a satisfied customer even with minute complaints, till the first major complaint was detected with water leaking out of your machine (during last week). Immediately the complaint was lodged with your authorized service centre M/s The Matrix (Pettah, Trivandrum. Phone 04716540536) and a service person, (claiming he is A/c Technician) attended the complaint on 2/2 and charged Rs 450/- for his service for 15 Minutes (Reciept No 1426). The same complaint was again repeated in the same night, and I was not able to use it for that night. Next morning again I have contacted the same Service centre and Talked to the Serrvice Incharge Mr. AjayaNath (9447320181) and relodged the complaint. Next day the same technician attended and removed the block inside the machine and resolved the complaint. Same Night, I have found the leakage was rectified but lead to another bigger problem. The machine was not at all cooling and I could feel only the air from the Fan. So again, I have no option other than swsitching off the machine and could not sleep in that night. I have waited for 2 more days to check whether it is working properly. Then on 6th Feb, I have again called up Mr. Ajayanath, and raised my concern. He said, he him self along with his senior technicial will attend the complaint in the next day after 4 pm. Till 6 pm he did not turn up, hence I again contacted him, but he said his Technician is on the way from Varkala and will ensure he will come on 8th evening. Then I said, I want him to check the machine in my presence only, so fixed up after 4 pm.
But he had sent the same Technician in the morning around 11 am (while I was not available in my House). I have contacted Mr AjayNath immediately to understand why he had sent his person in the morning, but he was literally shouting at me and not even ready to listen to me. He also said, he doesnot want to talk to me as he is on leave today.
I am not able to understand, if the technician is not in his good mood or not working on that day, poor customer will never get justice or he never gets value for his money…..it is really ridiculous!
I have managed get in touch with your sales person in Trivandrum Mr. Dinesh (9946104576) on 8th Feb at 5 Pm, and after hearing the whole story he said he need “ just 5 Minutes and will call back and revert on the actionable”. I have waited till 9.45 PM, but this gentleman never called up. Since it was my need, I have contacted your staff at 9.50 Pm and he had taken Mr Ajayanath in concall. Mr ajayanath was again not in a mood to talk to me and said he will respond it only on 10th Feb.
So this night also I need to compromise on my sleep (even my son’s- age 5 Yrs). But the Big Company’s Great Product still remains hanging on my wall as' useless scrap' eating the space of my room.
But….Hoping your staff & Service engineers would have got a peaceful sleep as they don’t take pain to resolve my pain.
What a great service from Godrej….Time to give mouth Publicity…But if I DON’T GET A RESOLUTION WITHIN 48 Hours, I will defiitely bring it into the Notice of Consumer Protection Forum.
Then, I will ensure your sleep is in soup!
