I have taken comprehensive Annual Maintenance Conrtact for my Godrej Air Conditioner split 1.5 Ton appliance through your Franchisee M/s. Dynamic Techno Services, Authorised Service Partner, Plot No.16, Beside lane of Andhra Bank, Vasavi Nagar, Secunderabad as suggested by you.

Their mobile No.09248544454 (Mr. Prabhakar/Raju). The Godrej Smart Care application Form No.1288427 (contract No. C101045100) and I have paid the money through Cheque No.411961, dated 29.6.2010 drawn on State Bank of India, ECIL Branch, Hyd. So far 1st Wet service of mandatory has not been completed inspite of my reminders to Godrej Office at Mumbai and even to your local service provider.

Please arrange the same immediately.
