I have bought a godrej fully autometic machine and for demo the reuest raised on 30/08 by vijay sales from where i took that machine and there customer service ensure that within 2 days godrej service engineer will visit ur home for demo the machine but till 2/09 no service engineer visited my home and when i made a call to godrej service centre they replied that they have raised a call again for demo and it will again take two days.

So according to me godrej dn'T have any customer service.
