Waching Machine not working

I have purchased a Washing Machine on 17.10.2010 & after that 3 times it got Struk up & Service Engineer supervised & told me that it's a small mistake even after 3 rd time the problem not solved in 5 months 3 times machine got repair & now it's in Useless.
