i brought godrej washing machine aroun one year back & its brace down twice

from last 50 days i following them (godrej & supra engg kandivali)

The complaint was lodged on 14/04, that washing machine is making noise, Technician came on 17/04 and told that gear box is broken and it will be replaced. Till date nobody has come to replace it. We have tried to follow it up more than 100 times yet we don't see any action on part of the company. The lodged complaint number: 252611
