CRACK IN WASHING TUB

Dear sir,

I have honour to say thati had purchaeed a godrej washing machine in july from your dealer M/s Richa Electronics, Vijay Nagar, Kanpur (U.P). the tub of my washing machine has been cracked, immediately I had compained to kanpur service centre in Feb & 21/03 vide CS/No.326 for the change of tub of this washing machine model no. GSW-620. But till time the problem of my machine has not been solved. I am suffering from your services.

Kindly solve my problems and arrange to exchange tub of my washing machine at the earlies before expiration of warranty period of this washing machine.
