Pl note that I lodged a complain no 325298 on 2nd Aprl. One Mr Ajay Mittal attended casualy and told PCB needs relacement and asked fp advance payment of Rs 2950/ which I paid with a condition that I need fresh part & not repaired one. On 5th Aprl he turened up with repaired part with out packing. He was unable to rectify and went back with the PCB & promised to come next. Since that I have been calling 1800209551 with all falls promises each time nothing materalised. Pradeep &Mandip on7/4 assured 99% subsequently
Raju called on 9/4.Nothing happened so far and I am a senior citizen is being harrased to no end. I am a retired General Manager Technical Of one of the biggest news groups of India. Now I am writting a letter to Mr Adi Godrej to convey my sufferings.
