Failed to delive

Hi, i am satish kumar from creative mind, i have booked the washing mechin model No gwf Code no 4E06A7, on exchange offer, i paid Rs 1, 000/-as advance.on 15-10.2011 application no 24228, delivery date is18-10, but the failed to delivery the product on time, next day they called me and told me, they will delivery after 5 pm, i told i wont avilable after 2pm plz deliver before 2 pm, thy told no, we cant deliver on 2 pm, next day

i spoken with the sales manager Mr sunny raut, he promise he will deliver the product next day before 1pm, i got the call from the warehouse, and told they will deliver the product after 4 pm, i requested the person that i have second shift i cant put a leave so pls deliver the product before 1 pm, the deliver person refused, i called the manager Mr sunny raut, he told i cant deliver the product, we will give the advance back,

i dont know wat type of service do u have, godrej are the reputed company its a well know company, you should not take the customer so easy,

its a shame of your company,
