I have purchased one Philip Colour TV and a Sony Home theatre from Great Eastern technology, 15, B, sarat Bose Road, Kolkata-700020 on 03-06 amounting Rs.19, 000.00 vide Reciept No-TC/BMR/00690/11-12. But after four days gone the dealer not sending the purchased item to me or attending my phone call. Please take some step against the dealer and adress the matter
