Regarding Deactivating Service

I'm Airtel Prapaid Customer from May'06. Accidently one service get activated on my phone in first week of Dec'07, which is provided by Airtel. On activation I'd not received any activation confirmation. This service daily debit Rs. 1.50 from my prepaid account. From 9-12 to till date, I regularly called Airtel Customer Care to deactivate service, deduction of Rs. 1.50 would stop. But till date no action taken by Airtel. Everytime CCE give me false resolution
