Haier Washing machine model HM1000TX. Purchased six years ago. Stopped working on Oct 5th. Registered a complaint with the call centre. Timer was replaced and paid for by us on the 21st Oct. Still did not work. We were told the switch needs changing, Nearly a month now - no switch is available, repeated complaints at the call centre is of no avail. None of the local numbers get a response.
Seeing the list of complaints, I seriously recommend that Haier withdraw from India!
