Non attendense of complain

Dear concern

i had purchased air conditioner of haier in april.again 2011 april i made a service of it n the company has made a AMC of 1 year n charged 1370.00rupee.after one n half month (on 14 may) my again started the same trouble of cooling.i filed a complain (no DEL115140206) no body has made any call regarding services.i called them more than 30 times, they misguided me by giving several unresponsive nos.finally on 23 when i again called they told ur phone has not responded so v declined ur request.it cant be possible, again if happened they should made me one more call..actually they r shielding themselves.now they registered a new complain (DEL115230027).

i m feeling great trouble.plz rectify the matter
