Dear Sir/Madam,

I am very sorry to share the experience received from Airtel CRC at Chandannagore Location (Satyam Communication) of Kolkata Circle.

As Per the new regulation from TRAI, I had to submit my POI to my nearby Airtel Centre. I am using Airtel service since so I can understand that the document produced at that time is lost. Unfortunately I lost my mobile on last week of August and I requested for the same mobile no with the same set of information at the above mentioned center. But it seems that their negligence level has done better than their government counterpart. More of all, when I went to submit those details on Sunday afternoon, they just refused to take those details as they can not work long hours. Not only that they misbehaved to all those present at the office, some of them were senior citizens. They even threatened that they damn care about the escalations. Helplessly we submitted the details on Monday at there but it is almost 48 hrs over, I didn't got my connection activated. I never expected such a kind of unprofessional attitude from the leading mobile operator of India. Although you promise best quality service but relationaship centre personnels don't believe this motto, I guess.

At this situation, can I expect a little bit of professionalism from your side and expect soon restoration my connection.
